Windy City Paving collects the information you voluntarily submit through its estimate forms, including contact details, property address, project details and the page that generated the request. The information is used to respond to the request, evaluate project fit, coordinate service and maintain basic business records.

Hosting, email delivery, analytics, spam prevention and form-storage providers may process limited data to operate this website. Information is not sold as a lead list. Data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the website and its users.

Retention and requests

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (312) 944-3999.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
